Is there parking available?
There’s no on-site parking, but a public car park is just a 1-minute drive or short walk from the apartment.

Are the apartments accessible by elevator?
No. All apartments are accessed by stairs only. There is no lift. If you prefer fewer steps, you may book The Lake on the first floor.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stay is 2 nights
What’s the booking policy?
To secure your stay, you’ll pay a non-refundable booking fee of €50. This amount confirms your reservation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled, but the €50 deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: From 2:00pm
- Check-out: By 10:30am
Is cleaning provided during my stay?
- For stays 6 nights or less, cleaning is not scheduled.
- For longer stays, we provide fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies every 6 days, starting on day 6.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, you get complimentary high-speed WiFi in all apartments.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
However, guide dogs are welcome.
Do you allow smoking or parties?

Guests must respect the quiet nature of the property. Visitors must also sign in.
Do you offer baby cots or high chairs?
Yes, we offer complimentary baby cots (for children up to 2 years old) and high chairs upon request. Each cot comes with a fitted sheet. If you need full cot linen, we can provide it on request.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, no. The apartments are only accessible via stairwells and do not have elevator access.
